Warren Myhre
Wmyhre@vanahnco.com

Producers bring from their side, operations, which are well planned, and management honed with technology and cost control. Markets on the other hand act more like “the hungry ocean”. The ‘vessel’ of cash markets is too often met with a ‘flood’ of information, ‘buyers’ as big as battle ships, and a fleet’ of paper traders. When Warren joined Van Ahn in January of 2005, he knew that their objective was and is to “Add Value and Reduce risk” through the use of the full range of cash, futures and options. In Warren’s opinion, Van Ahn and Company, Inc is an ‘ocean liner’ equal to the task of handling the ‘high seas’ of market turbulence.

Currently, Warren’s professional development is centering on the factors affecting momentum, market psychology and how it can affect trading decisions. Logical, action oriented involved, decisive, steady, and charged decision making. Warren has 14 years of market planning and grain pricing for producers in Minnesota, WI, ND and SD. Warren also has experience in mutual funds, insurance and management of a farm credit cooperative.
